A resident-centered institution for East Stuart.
Heritage & Opportunity Alliance, Inc. organizes residents, protects community identity, connects people to opportunity, and insists on measurable benefit for historically impacted communities.
01 — Why Heritage & Opportunity Alliance exists
Progress should strengthen the people already rooted here.
East Stuart carries a legacy of Black enterprise, faith, family, culture, and determination. Heritage & Opportunity Alliance was formed so neighborhood change can protect that history, expand opportunity, and produce measurable benefits for residents.
02 — How we work
One mission. Three connected forms of action.
We stabilize place and resident assets, develop people and leadership, then connect those assets and talents to employment, enterprise, ownership, and local reinvestment.
See how the three committees turn this mission into action.
Each committee has defined priorities, a clear Theory of Change, and an online path to participate.
